Brothers,

We started the month with our usual Stated Meeting that was highlighted by the District Deputy’s official visit and a lecture on the topic of memory from Brother Peter Grover representing the Portland chapter of the Philalethes Society. Needless to say, the evening was quite an event not only because of the aforementioned highlights but also due to the number of visiting brothers from various lodges around the jurisdiction (we even had visiting brothers from Florida and Wisconsin) and prospective petitioners.

Continuing on our very busy October, we’ll be initiating Mr. Dufresne who was successfully balloted upon during our Stated Meeting. We’re expecting visiting brothers from Gresham Lodge No. 152 and Esoterika Lodge No. 227.

Brothers on the cast list are expected to be at lodge by 6:30 PM to make various preparations. The lodge will promptly open at 7:30 PM with the actual conferral ceremony commencing thereafter.
