Last Saturday, May 31st, the brothers of Kenton Lodge No. 145 and their families spent a wonderful afternoon in fellowship with their Prince Hall brothers at the Annual Albert Barbecue. The event featured a mouthwatering spread of barbecue ribs, an assortment of flavored barbecue chicken, pasta, and all the classic fixings. Even the appetizers were indulgent—and thoroughly enjoyed by all in attendance.

Cigars and libations flowed freely as lively music filled the air, setting the tone for a relaxed and joyful afternoon. Guests mingled, played cornhole, and shared plenty of laughs under the summer sun. Brotherly love was certainly present, as the Kenton brothers truly cherished the opportunity to spend time with their Prince Hall counterparts in a spirit of unity and camaraderie.

Looking ahead, the lodge now turns its attention to the Grand Lodge Annual Communication in Lincoln City, taking place this coming week. Several Kenton brothers are expected to be in attendance, ready to represent the lodge and take part in the important business and fellowship of Oregon Freemasonry.
