Jordan Hardy Finally Becomes a Fellowcraft
Posted on April 28, 2017
Roughly a month after conferring the Fellowcraft Degree upon Brother Larry Linstrom, Kenton Lodge no. 145 successfully conferred the same degree upon Brother Jordan Hardy last night during the lodge’s usual weekly meeting. Having been initiated in October 2015 and after delivering a near-perfect proficiency during the lodge’s March stated meeting, Brother Hardy’s passing to the Second Degree of Freemasonry has been highly anticipated by the lodge. He is expected to be raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason sometime this summer.
The lodge also decided to try a few new things for the evening such as engaging in a simple meditative breathing exercise prior to the actual degree and accommodating Brother Ivan Mancinelli’s wonderful talent as a harp player to provide a musical backdrop for the evening’s ceremonies.
Brother Mancinelli, who hails from Mt. Hood Lodge no. 32 in Vancouver, was one of the two visitors the lodge hosted during the event. WB Emanuel Rose of Humboldt Lodge no. 79 in California was also in attendance.
Got something to say?
