After an eventful stated meeting last week, the lodge added to its current string of events by making Mr. Patrick Person an Entered Apprentice Mason.

The degree was made special by Brother Hunter Bronson, tiler of the lodge, holding Senior Deacon duties with Brother Ian Cawley assuming the duties of the southern chair.

Last but not least, Brother Joey Piazza, Senior Warden of the lodge, requested the honor of conferring the degree upon BEA Person. Quite a rarity, as lodge tradition dictates that Entered Apprentice Degrees are to be conferred by either the Junior Warden or the Senior Deacon.

Brother Person’s initiation marks the third Entered Apprentice Degree to be conferred by Kenton this year. He follows BEAs Brandt and Salema, who were initiated in February and March respectively.
