Last night, the brothers of Kenton Lodge no. 145 initiated Mr. Scott Frank as an Entered Apprentice Mason in a ceremony that signified the lodge’s officer corps’ return to full form performance.

The degree was helmed by WB Valan Primus, immediate past master of the lodge with most of the installed officers assuming their respective stations and places. Due to the absence of the Senior Warden, WB Andrew Gross assumed Senior Warden duties throughout the evening with WB Joey Piazza assuming the station of the Junior Warden. WB Piazza also delivered the Apron lecture and the charge. Delivering the lecture was WB Dale Palileo, who also assumed musician duties for the evening.

After the degree, Brother Entered Apprentice Raul Ramirez was examined by WB Dale Palileo as to his proficiency in the lecture of the Entered Apprentice Degree. After a successful delivery which was acknowledged by the brethren present, WB Mike Milford declared Brother Ramirez as proficient.

Aftewards, honored Brother MJ Gold presented Brother Frank with a methuselah bottle of champagne from Nicola Gatta winery during the evening’s festivities and celebrations after the degree ceremonies.

Brother Frank’s Entered Apprentice Degree marks the lodge’s last Entered Apprentice Degree for the foreseeable future. The lodge now looks forward to passing Brother Ramirez to the Fellowcraft Degree, along with a host of other possible degrees in the next few months.
