Kenton Passes Raul Ramirez to Fellowcraft

FC Degree - Raul Ramirez - PMs with candidate

As expected from last week’s announcement of this month’s schedule, Brother Raul Ramirez was passed last night to the Fellowcraft Degree in a ceremony that was typical Kenton-style.

After opening the lodge, WB Mike Milford assumed chaplain’s duties. His first time in the chaplain’s corner showcased his commanding presence and voice that elevated the circumambulation portion of the degree. RWB Zack Andrew conferred the degree with WB Valan Primus assuming the Western Chair.

In the second section, WB Joey Piazza delivered an inspiring rendition of the G Lecture to complement WB Dale Palileo’s presentation of the Staircase Lecture. The charge was given by honored Brother Kevin Johnson with WB Dale Palileo assisting.

The degree was not only witnessed by Kenton brothers in the sidelines but by visiting brothers from other lodges as well. They were:

  • WB Peter Grover, Past Master of Esoterika no. 227
  • WB John Spicher, Past Master of Corvallis 14, representing Mary’s River no. 221
  • WB Kyle Hatch, Past Master of Mary’s River no. 221
  • Joshua Revert of Washington no. 46
  • WB Garrett Haugen, Past Master of Ridgefield Daylight no. 237, F. & A.M. under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Washington F. & A. M.

The lodge now looks forward to a much-needed break from its busy schedule with a Tribe Night featuring billiards next week, preceded by its monthly B-Movie Night Bingo to round out the month of February.
